Where are you based out of?
Hammond, Wisconsin - by Hudson! Drop offs can be made at my home or in Eau Claire, WI. I do weekly pickups at Chippewa Valley Floral in Eau Claire at no additional cost. (Shipping is also an option)
Will my flowers last?
Yes! Your flowers will be a piece of art you can treasure for a long time. However, your flowers are part of nature and will fade over time. Before framing, I use a UV protective spray AND upgraded to 99% UV protective glass to help delay this process. I also recommend keeping your piece out of direct sunlight and high moisture areas.
How far in advance do I have to book?
I am currently booking for 2024 & 2025. Dates will fill up so please book sooner rather than later. For memorial or other special occasion bouquets, please inquire as soon as you can so I can do my best to accommodate!
My flowers are already dried. Can you do anything with them?
For pressed arrangements, the flowers will need to be fresh and delivered within 5 days of your event for best results.
When will I get my finished frame back?
My estimated turn around time is 6 months during busy season. Every step is extremely time consuming and cannot be rushed. Making sure moisture is completely out of your flowers before we create your finished frame is our #1 priority.
I have a few faux elements in my bouquet, can they be included in my frame?
I try to include as many elements from your bouquet as I can. As long as it can lay flat and can fit in the frame, it's a possibility!
How does payment work?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is taken right away to reserve your date or before I start working on your bouquet. The remaining balance will be due before your frame is shipped out or picked up.
How much is it to add elements from my wedding or from a loved one to the frame?
FREE! I'm always happy to include additional elements from your wedding or things that remind you of your loved ones. Please include these items with your arrangements.
Wedding Examples: Lace, wedding invite, pictures, vows, etc.
Memorial Bouquet Examples: Hunting feathers, pictures, clothing, hand written letters, etc.
I'm not sure exactly what size to get. Can I change my order?
Yes! I will contact you the week of your wedding to confirm your order. If you are unsure of what size you'd like, I'll gladly guide you! Changes can be made up until delivery/drop off.
Do I have to be local for you to press my bouquet?
No, I get bouquets shipped in from all over the United States! Shipping instructions will be sent to you the week of your wedding.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to me will depend largely on how big your bouquet is and if you package it yourself (don't worry - I provide instructions!). Shipping back to you will cost between $45-$75 depending on your frame size and where you live. I currently use FedEx shipping and packaging. This puts a guarantee that your items arrive safely. If something does get broken, the FedEx shipping guarantee will help get your frame back to me without additional cost.
